Your safety is our number one priority here at I Glow Skin. Every precautionary step to ensure that your safety will be considered. There are new rules and guidelines. that we all must take. Here are the changes you will see
If you answer yes to any of the following questions below, you must reschedule for a later date.
Cancellation Policy & No Show
Your appointment is valued and important to I Glow Skin. If you need to cancel, reschedule, or change the type of service you have booked, we require a full 24 hour advanced notice. If you are canceling, changing or are a no-show, within a 24 hour notice of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a 100% booking fee which must be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment. If you are sick, we understand. Please stay home and reschedule.
You will receive an email confirmation 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment as well as a text reminder the day before your scheduled service.
This policy is put in place so that we have the opportunity to fill that appointment time and allow someone else to come in for a service.
Late for your appointment?
Please be aware that the time you have reserved is your time. All appointments have a five minute grace period. If you are more than five minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you will only receive the time left for that service. If you are 10 minutes late or more, you will be charged for the entire service scheduled regardless of the amount of time you scheduled. For example, if you booked a 15 minute electrolysis session and you arrive 10 minutes into your appointment, you will be charged full price and only receive the remaining 5 minutes.
Packages-
If you have purchased a package, please note that the same policies above apply. If you are on a package and do not adhere to our cancellation policy, you must pay 100% of the booked appointment time prior to receiving the rest of your package. Packages are Non-Refundable, cannot be broken down into smaller sessions or split between yourself and someone else, and cannot be combined with any other discounts.
Electrolysis Consultations-
If you are new to electrolysis and have never received a treatment, a consultation is mandatory. We will not take any online bookings without a mandatory consultation. Please add the consultation to your first treatment. There are no exceptions to this policy. We will discuss how electrolysis works, answer any questions you may have with regard to your treatment, make sure you are a candidate for this procedure, allow your electrologist to examine you, and discuss the appropriate treatments and times needed moving forward. This consultation if free, however, if you do not reschedule or cancel the appointment you reserved within our allowed 24 hour cancellation policy, you will be charged a booking fee of $30.00.
Retail Products & Gift Cards.
All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards will only be honored within the timeframe given.
Parking-
We provide validated parking in the Trader Joes parking structure adjacent to the Phenix Salon suites for $2.50 for the first two hours. The price increases by $1.50 for each additional hour. Please note- parking and traffic can get rather busy in the Westwood area. Trader Joes has 3 levels to park on. We suggest going down a level or 2 so that you can arrive on time. Give yourself at least an extra 15 minutes when entering the Westwood area due to traffic.

- You must bring a clean mask to your appointment
- Your temperature will be taken upon entry.
- Please text me when your are outside of the building and I will let you in. Lingering in the hallways of Phenix is not encouraged to help prevent the spread of Covid.
- Arriving on time is critical. We have spaced out appointments to allow the proper time to disinfect between every client and air out the room.
- Hand sanitizer will be provided and required once inside the suite.
- Friends, family members, and children will not be permitted in the room during your treatment. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- Please keep talking to a minimal during your treatment.
- Bring in your personal purse or handbag only. Please leave all other bags in your car.
- The phone will be sanitized for payments after every client. If you wish to pay in cash, please bring in the exact amount.

- Have you or anyone in your household been sick, had a fever, experienced shortness of breath, loss of taste/smell, runny nose,or sneezing in the past two weeks?
- Have you traveled within the past two weeks?
- Have you been under the care of anyone with exposure to Covid-19?
